1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by Essential Parfums ("the Promoter") and is accessible via the QR code displayed on the window of the Essential Parfums boutique at 37 Beak Street, Soho, London.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion is open from 27 July 2026 until 1 October 2026 (inclusive).

3. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the Promotion Period.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To take part in the promotion:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on the boutique window.
  2. Enter a valid email address.
  3. Spin the digital wheel.
  4. Instantly discover whether you have won a prize.

Winners will receive a confirmation email detailing their prize. This email must be presented when collecting the prize in store.

A valid email address is required in order to participate.

5. Prizes

Prizes consist of a selection of Essential Parfums products, including Eau de Parfum, body care products and scented candles.

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize during the Promotion Period.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

6. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected exclusively from the Essential Parfums boutique located at 37 Beak Street, Soho, London.

Prize collection is available from the opening of the boutique until 31 December 2026 (inclusive), during the boutique's normal opening hours.

To collect a prize, participants must present the confirmation email received after winning.

Any prize not collected by the stated deadline will be forfeited.

7. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be completed due to internet failures, technical malfunctions or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Personal Data

The personal information provided as part of this promotion (including your email address and, where applicable, your name) will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners, delivering prizes and, where you have given your consent, sending marketing communications.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Essential Parfums' Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at contact@essentialparfums.com.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
