Order processing

When placing an Order, the Customer may choose to have it delivered to an address of their choice.

Depending on this address and the country of delivery, delivery charges may apply.

For security reasons, when the delivery address is a P.O. Box, a student residence address, a Cedex address or a hotel address, Essential Parfums, S.A.S will not process the Order and it will be cancelled. No sum will be debited from the bank account linked to the Order in question.

Upon delivery of the Order, the Customer must check the conformity and condition of the Order in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, express any reservations regarding apparent defects (missing product, damaged package).

The Customer is invited to contact Essential Parfums, S.A.S's Customer Service as soon as possible after receipt of the products. If, after a period of 7 days from the date of the Order, no parcel has been delivered and no delivery notice has been left, it is recommended to check the status of the parcel on the carrier's website. Products purchased can only be delivered to the following territories:

Delivery methods

Orders are delivered via DPD, Colissimo, Fedex, DHL, in accordance with the indicative delivery times below, plus the time taken to process your order. For Orders processed by these carriers, Customers can track their parcel on www.dpd.com, www.colissimo.fr, www.fedex.com, www.dhl.com, by quoting the parcel number available in the dispatch confirmation email.

As an indication, the non-contractual delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan France and Monaco: 2 business days.

European Union countries: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the destination).

Other countries: varies depending on the destination.

Due to public holidays, Orders may be subject to an additional delay of 1 to 2 days.
